Zeroing Visibility

One of those days when , at first it starts to rain, then when it rains it pours, then finally when the rain stops, white fog settles down with a cloak of zero visibility over Blacksburg. Too bad, I chose to go out that day because it was freezing, too glad that I shot this photograph.
